Gleichenia
Gleichenia（グレイキニア）とは、シダの一種である縁起物のウラジロの学名に由来します。２つの葉が一対の羽片を成すカタチをしており、その様子をアートとデザインの２つの視点が重なる表現として、新しい物語を紡いでいくことを想像しています。
伝統的なジュエリーの枠にとらわれず、さまざまな素材や技法による実験的なアプローチを用いたジュエリーやオブジェを発表しています。
Gleichenia is named after the scientific name of the fern called Urajiro. It features a form where two leaves come together to create a pair of leaflets, and we imagine it as a new narrative emerging from the overlapping perspectives of art and design.
Breaking free from traditional jewelry constraints, we present jewelry and objects created through experimental approaches using various materials and techniques.
